With over a decades' experience in the local Estate and Lettings market in Stockport, and accredited with qualifications in Estate Agency, Lettings and Property Management, Rob takes great pride in managing his client’s properties and is committed to leading our fantastic team in providing the very highest levels of service throughout the sales and lettings process.

Jack Wilson. Finance & Technical Director

A qualified and chartered accountant, with experience in sales and website development, Jack is our Financial and Technical Director. With over 15 years experience being a Financial Director, his knowledge of Client Money Protection regulations ensure we will always be compliant. With skills in financial modelling and planning, Jack assists our Portfolio Landlord clients in restructuring their property business for maximum profit.

Tony Runeckles. Marketing Director

Tony is our Marketing Director, helping the team create property particulars to ensure our property particulars are second to none. With over 20 years experience in Marketing, Tony’s ideas and expertise ensure we do everything with a view to maximum exposure and with a purpose. Tony also ensures any available properties are displayed correctly on our website and social media accounts, with the best possible photographs and descriptions to attract prospective buyers and tenants.

Daniel Gentles. Senior Property Manager

Daniel is our Senior Property Manager and benefits from over 20 years experience in the Lettings and Property Management sector, and being a Landlord himself, knows the trials and tribulations they face today. Starting at Bridgfords, before heading over to Jordan Halstead and heading up their expansion into Cheshire East, Daniel knows what it takes to provide a no-compromise, high quality and personal service to his clients. His contacts also mean you’ll never be short of qualified and accredited contractors to perform high quality maintenance on your rental properties.

Nicole Rushton. Sales & Lettings Negotiator / Office Manager

Nicole is our Sales and Lettings Negotiator as well as our Office Manager, and deals with all aspects of selling and letting your property. Her qualification in Professional Photography comes in handy when we’re creating property particulars, and her customer service background really shines through when conducting viewings and engaging in negotiations. Nicole is working towards her CELA qualification through Rightmove.
